Job Responsibilities The CTA is a Clinical Trials Technician responsible to provide support to the Regulatory Affairs Global team. Specific tasks: Main tasks: Pre-submission/submission/post-submission Download Validation/Conclusion/Decision Data Fields/List of Approved Documents and Notify for Archiving in TMF Update Internal Timelines Tracker: Notifications and Database Updates: Send notifications based on specific triggers (e.g., changes in data, approvals, or submissions).

Update the internal submission tracker and report any relevant information to the database. Site Reports: Filter Excel files related to site information. Verify data against official sources (such as the World Health Organization).

Follow up with the CTL or Project Specialist as needed. Data Fields and Translations: Request translations for specific data fields if necessary. Submission Timelines Check: Verify that submission timelines align with project requirements.

Backlog Archiving: Address any backlog related to archiving documents or data . Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, highly committed, detail-oriented, meticulous, and exceptionally well-organized. Demonstrates a positive attitude, openness and transparency, strong collaboration skills, and the flexibility to adapt effectively within a team environment.
