Your Role
The Senior Controller FP&A acts as a trusted Finance Sparring Partner to the Electronics Leadership Team, serving as the functional CFO for SG&A and selected initiatives that accelerate AI adoption into Day-to-Day FP&A processes. This role blends performance management with AI-driven finance transformation to enable fact-based decision-making and optimize resource allocation. You will drive productivity initiatives and promote transparency in financial and operational performance to support data-driven decisions.
You’ll develop and leverage financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to inform strategic choices. You will lead AI and advanced analytics projects to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support. You will continuously improve finance processes, reporting capabilities, and the overall quality of insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable financial actions. You will advocate for innovative solutions that increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness. You will oversee SG&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting while contributing to long-range financial strategies across Electronics.
You will ensure clear communication of financial performance and strategic priorities to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, accounting or corporate finance
- ✓Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting executive decision-making
- ✓Passion for AI, digital transformation, and leveraging technology to improve business outcomes
- ✓Excellent analytical, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Self-starter with a strategic, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset
- ✓Expertise with finance planning and reporting systems (e.g., TM1, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Analysis for Office)
- ✓Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ✓Fluent business communication in English
