The Opportunity This position works out of our Mexico City location in the Nutritional Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The role leads the Sales Force Effectiveness agenda for Mexico and Puerto Rico, ensuring the effective deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of sales force resources across both countries. It is responsible for core SFE processes including targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, incentive compensation, productivity measurement, and performance effectiveness, while providing structured recommendations to country leadership teams to improve field force productivity, customer coverage, incentive alignment, and execution discipline. The role also ensures consistent SFE methodologies across both countries, with appropriate adaptation to each market’s dynamics, customer landscape, field force structure, and business priorities.

English: Advanced 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Field Force Deployment, SFE Analytics, or related functions. Experience in healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health industries preferred.
Experience supporting sales organizations, field force structures, and senior country leadership teams. Experience managing or supporting incentive compensation programs, customer segmentation, targeting methodologies, territory alignment, and sales force productivity initiatives. Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders across countries or business units.
Experience translating sales force performance information into practical recommendations for leadership decision making Tools & Capabilities CRM (salesforce) and sales activity monitoring tools Understanding of targeting, segmentation, territory alignment, incentive compensation, and sales force productivity methodologies Ability to translate sales force performance information into practical recommendations for leadership decision making Data Sources Experience working with CRM data, sales activity data, call planning information, customer universe databases, territory structures, incentive compensation data, and internal sales performance information Ability to reconcile discrepancies across sales force activity, customer targeting, incentive calculations, and performance tracking sources Leadership Capabilities Strong stakeholder management.
