Role
Are you an experienced financial systems professional who can connect business processes, technology and stakeholders across a global organization? Would you like to help build scalable Order to Cash processes that support Genmab’s commercial expansion?
As Manager, ERP Finance - Order to Cash (O2C), you will lead the design, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of Genmab’s global Finance O2C processes and supporting SAP solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Associate Director, ERP Supply Chain Management.
You will work closely with Finance, Corporate Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, DD&AI, affiliates and external partners to ensure end-to-end processes are integrated, controlled and scalable. A key focus will be the implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), including integration with 3PL and 4PL providers. As the Finance O2C - Global Process Owner and subject-matter expert, you will translate business requirements into sustainable SAP-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- ✓Own assigned global Finance O2C processes end to end, including process standards, flows, controls, roles and documentation.
- ✓Play a key Finance role in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD to support Genmab’s expanding commercial operations.
- ✓Define and validate requirements across order management, delivery, billing, Accounts Receivable, credit management, collections and intercompany processes.
- ✓Partner with Finance, Corporate Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and DD&AI to align product, customer, logistics and financial flows.
- ✓Support solution design, business testing, user acceptance testing, training, cutover and transition into steady-state operations.
- ✓Promote standardized SAP and SAP Fiori solutions while addressing relevant market, regulatory and commercial requirements.
- ✓Assess the Finance O2C and ERP impact of new market launches and changes to supply-chain models, product flows or logistics arrangements.
- ✓Support integration with 3PL and 4PL providers, distributors and other external partners, ensuring clear ownership, data flows, handoffs and controls.
- ✓Identify process gaps, risks and cross-functional dependencies and coordinate their resolution.
- ✓Ensure processes and systems comply with Genmab policies, accounting requirements, internal controls and audit expectations.
- ✓Drive simplification, automation and improvements in efficiency, data quality, controls and user experience.
- ✓Lead Finance O2C workstreams within relevant ERP and business transformation initiatives and support knowledge sharing across the global organization.
Requirements
- ✓At least five years of relevant experience in Finance, Order to Cash, Finance Systems, ERP, Commercial Finance or a related area.
- ✓A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- ✓Strong end-to-end understanding of O2C processes, including order management, warehouse and delivery, billing, credit management, Accounts Receivable, collections and intercompany transactions.
- ✓Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA. Experience with SAP SD, an SAP implementation or an ERP transformation is strongly preferred.
- ✓Experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and technology teams in a global environment.
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies without formal authority.
- ✓The ability to translate business requirements into practical, sustainable SAP-enabled solutions and work effectively in a changing global environment.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences or another regulated industry is preferred. Knowledge of commercialization, supply-chain processes or outsourced logistics through 3PL or 4PL providers would be an advantage.
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
