About this role

People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs Bagsværd, Denmark We are looking for a data-driven P&O specialist with a primary focus on driving strategic education projects, with strong ownership of project execution. Your new role You will design, set up, and run education initiatives with internal and external partners across the education ecosystem, from primary schools to universities. You will create project plans, coordinate with partners, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will identify collaboration opportunities, develop partnerships aligned with our competencies and goals, and build strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen Novo Nordisk’s position in education and university relations. You are a champion for the team, working with practical tools, templates, and processes that improve planning, tracking, and delivery. You will coach colleagues and ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.

In addition to driving strategic education, you will also work on concept creation. Your responsibilities will include: Identify needs and opportunities for collaboration and develop partnership proposals aligned with organisational goals on education and university relations Build and maintain partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to support a data- and knowledge-based approach to positioning Novo Nordisk Coordinate and facilitate cross‑organisational collaboration and networks Drive successful external P&O vendor partnerships. Your skills & qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal, Social Sciences, Business) Minimum 5 years’ experience in education relations or related areas, with demonstrated strategic and hands‑on delivery experience Comfortable by working with data and has a data mindset Strong project management skills; up‑to‑date toolbox of methods and tools Comfortable working in a global matrix organisation; experience from pharma is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Danish Practical, action‑oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of how to drive successful vendor partnerships.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
