About this role
Your Role : The function of the Field Engineer is to perform the service activity strategy, acting as the mobile Field Service Engineer on an assigned geographical Service area. He has to perform assigned Work.The Field Engineer installs, troubleshoots and maintains an extensive variety of products and equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
He is working with all personnel contacts, internally and externally, to drive the “go to market strategy” with a high "Service Excellence value“.Perform assignments as directed by Inhouse Service Center or senior technical staff.
Who you are
- ✓Technical degree. A degree in Engineering is desirable.
- ✓1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- ✓You are fluent in English and Spanish
- ✓You are familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- ✓Be proactive to promote Service activities, products and solutions, lead generation.
- ✓You adapt and are flexible in any situation or unforeseen event.
