Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The Mechanical Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to design, testing, and qualification activities. Intern will work closely with the Single Use Technology development and engineering teams.

This position reports to the Director, Single Use Technology and is part of the Cell Culture Media business located in Logan, UT and will be an on-site role. What you will do : · Collaborate with mechanical and equipment engineers. · Assist with testing and qualification efforts on a technology improvement project. · Participate in experimental design and execution, analyze data, and prepare final reports as needed. · Manage assign work and align with team on scope, cost, and timelines. Who you are : · Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. · Basic knowledge of engineering principles and scientific methods. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : · Basic knowledge of design development and manufacturing processes associated with plastic materials and components is desired but not required. · Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD (Solidworks).
