Tasks & responsibilities As a Know Your Business Partner Junior Specialist , you will be responsible for: Executing day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. Providing support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution. Managing task intake, prioritizing, and tracking tasks using provided systems and tools.
Supporting the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements. About our future employee You should speak business English min. on B2 level and have 0-2 years of experience and basic knowledge and understanding of risk/compliance. Additionally, we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Risk or Compliance, Economics, Business Administration.
Readiness to learn and grow within the field of Third-Party Risk Management. Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High learning agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
