  • Oversee the entire QA QC operation and ensure the program is run smoothly.
  • Supporting the QA QC Program Director to build up the local team with required sizing to cope with the business growth.
  • Assist the program onboarding process for new suppliers.
  • Accountable to ensure all team members are discipline to follow the program procedures or SOPs without failure.
  • Implement the internal training (e.g.QA QC procedure and SOPs) and certification process to ensure all appointed QA QC engineers are qualified to master the QA QC jobs well.
  • Supporting Eurofins CPA Quality to carry out the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to maintain the team’s performance with customer’s expectation.
  • Ensure all the inspection reports, including Pre-Production Meeting, Troubleshooting are issued on time and accurate with correct division owner delivery.
  • Review, approve and issue the weekly production reports to customer in a timely basis, they are 1) Work in process report (WIP), 2) 5 or 7 Steps Tracker, 3) CAP Log (Corrective Action Plan), 4) QA QC Schedule, and 5) Weekly client Program Operation Summary.
  • Review all the client program inspection reports and provide quality comments in the report distribution email, especially the failed inspection reports.
  • Ensure all the reports issued & presented in a professional manner in term of data accuracy & completeness and neat presentation.
  • Assist to carry out the troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate the risks throughout supply chain to ensure defined quality and turnaround time are maintained.
  • Provide technical expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Support to establish QA QC planning to conduct the Pre-Production meeting, inline inspections, daily visit inspections, final random inspections, and container loading inspections.
  • Attend meeting with Client Production team virtually when required.
  • Listening to and addressing teammate concerns, forwarding to the client QA QC Program Director as appropriate.
  • Addressing any conflicts within the team that may arise.
  • Increasing team motivation and sharing positive feedback and praise.
  • Circulating company information and updates within the team.
  • 15+ years’ of experience in Quality and Production in reputed factory/ buying house.
  • Degree holder in Textile and Quality Assurance discipline or equivalent working experience (Textile Engineer is preferable).
  • Factory handling capacity/ Production Planning Control (PPC) experience.
  • Experience in leading team and good management skill.
  • Customer oriented, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-organized, rigorous, demanding.
  • Team player.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
