The Opportunity We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to help customer orders move efficiently through our warehouse operations. You will coordinate order exceptions, connect Customer Service with the warehouse, support the Italian SPP process and help maintain strong service and compliance standards. This is a varied role combining administration, operational reporting, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
Key Accountabilities Manage pick slip generation, prioritisation and release, resolving order entry errors before warehouse processing Act as the key contact for Customer Service on order exceptions, shortages, backorders and fulfilment constraints Coordinate incomplete or delayed orders, escalating urgent customer requirements and operational risks appropriately Administer the Italian SPP process and maintain accurate documentation in line with applicable regulatory requirements Monitor order queues and warehouse workflows, supporting workload prioritisation and efficient order flow Produce operational reports, dashboards and service metrics for reviews, audits and decision-making Monitor warehouse KPIs, backlogs and recurring exceptions, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain relevant ERP master data, work instructions and process documentation Partner with Warehouse, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to improve order accuracy, service levels and operational efficiency About You Strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills A customer-focused approach and the ability to manage order issues calmly and efficiently Clear communication skills and confidence working across multiple operational teams Excellent attention to detail when reviewing orders, documentation and reporting data Confidence using ERP systems, operational reports and dashboards A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach What You Will Gain Start on a 7-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent team member Full-time role: 40 hours per week A varied role across warehouse operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain and regulatory administration Experience in order management, operational reporting, compliance and continuous improvement The opportunity to directly support service performance and a positive customer experience A meaningful role helping deliver Cochlear's life-changing hearing solutions If you feel that you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role and take on new challenges to build your career with Cochlear, please start your application by clicking the apply button below. #CochlearCareers How we recognise your contribution At Cochlear we value and welcome the unique contributions, perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of our employees and aim to build a culture that celebrates and leverages these differences, creating a sense of belonging and enabling our people to realise their full potential.
