Job Description Summary • This role aims to foster talent in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and ES (Environment Sustainability) operations by providing comprehensive exposure to all aspects, from HSE Operations of Global Centers, Research Labs and Environmental Compliance, to Environmental Sustainability and External Partners risk management. • As an intern, he / she will play a valuable role in driving HSE performance, managing the risk of external partners, and ensuring compliance while leveraging innovative and eco-friendly solutions. Job Description Major accountabilities: ;"> Major accountabilities: ;">undefined Assisting in driving HSE compliance across our Global Centres and Research Labs. · Help with the development and documentation of the annual HSE training and communication plan, ensuring efficient follow-up and support delivery. Participating in HSE incident reporting and tracking all open action items including CAPAs.
Support in monitoring the status of operational procedures/processes to ensure persistent compliance, with periodic reporting of gaps and risks. Assisting in tracking and reporting of internal and external inspections, audits, and conformance reviews including PiE and legal compliance. Help with tracking and reporting of new/emerging HSE laws and regulations.
Assisting in the operation of multi-site certifications and reporting progress. Facilitate External Service Provider pre-qualification and continuous assessment process. Minimum Requirements: What we expect: Graduate Engineer with a Masters in HSE.
Fluency in spoken and written English. Good communication skills, proactivity. Self-initiating and capable of working in a global matrix environment.
Possessing comprehensive knowledge in Excel for creating sophisticated spreadsheets, advanced formulas, macros, statistical analysis, and data visualizations. Skilled in PowerPoint for designing engaging, visually appealing presentationsecific details in the Additional Specifications Details field Skills Desired
