Join Roche, where every voice matters. The Position GCS Technical Content Manager (m/f/d) Global Customer Support (GCS) delivers Technical Services for Roche Diagnostics, ensuring end-user success. We partner with affiliates and Lifecycle Teams to establish standards for service excellence, representing our customers' voice to ensure product designs prioritize customer satisfaction.

By offering training, knowledge, spare parts, and tools across borders, we enable smooth customer operations and advance healthcare. Based in our Sant Cugat hub, you will join the GCS Knowledge & Learning Excellence Team . As Content Creation and Management Sub-chapter, we create content that enables customers and Roche service personnel to use, install, and maintain diagnostic instruments and software.

Your key responsibilities: Own all technical content during the product's lifecycle. Accountable for end to end content creation assisting in defining content elements and planning for the specific project. If content is created externally, coordinate with vendor, manage vendor relationship, closely monitor project.

Define and plan the content scope and delivery and determine the channels for the assigned products according to the content strategy. Responsible for stakeholder management, working closely with the GCS Project Leader and project management (PPE) to assist with planning content delivery. Responsible for building relationships within GCS.

Ensure that input to any risk assessments are completed - either by the content creator or by the content manager; and also ensure coordination with applicable development teams and planning for content delivery. Ensure that the content creator is able to work in multiple iterations during Agile development while coordinating and completing publication activities. Other responsibilities: Discuss and advise on standardization and best practices associated with content delivery and content management.

Responsible for meeting project timelines agreed with the project team. Within the content management system, define reviewers and approvers, ensuring accessibility and required training is completed. Act when assigned, due to capacity needed, as terminology and translation expert to a maximum of 30% work capacity to support the SubChapter Language Operations.

In close collaboration with the Content Strategist, understand and implement the KLE content strategy in the assigned projects, and contribute to its continuous improvement by providing feedback. Who you are: You have strong skills in the organization, planning, prioritization, and management of stakeholders and their expectations. And also excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

You have experience with project management as well as cross-functional collaboration. You have good knowledge of Content Management Systems, XML authoring, as well as translation, localization and project management tools. You are familiar with hardware and software development processes; and with content creation and content management processes, systems, and workflows.
