The position As a Sr Associate – Customer Fulfilment, you will be the go-to person for all customer fulfilment processes across the EUCAN region. Working at the intersection of supply chain operations and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive quality, timeliness and continuous improvement in everything you do.
Your work will directly support the reliable delivery of Novo Nordisk products to patients around the world. Day-to-day your tasks will include: Owning the full scope of EUCAN customer fulfilment processes, ensuring all activities are performed on time and with the highest quality standards Maintaining and updating the process log whenever changes occur, and ensuring the wider team is informed and aligned on updated procedures Serving as the first point of contact for escalations, conducting root cause analysis and reporting findings to internal teams and stakeholders Coordinating corrective and preventive actions for deviations, working closely with your team to eliminate recurring errors Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships through regular monthly meetings with sales affiliates, shipping, customer service and central planning teams across EUCAN – ensuring superior customer satisfaction Driving standardisation, optimisation and digitalisation initiatives across EUCAN and EU processes, including automation and simplification efforts that save time and increase efficiency Participating in improvement projects related to your core responsibilities, with a continued focus on customer service and delivery against SLA targets Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work. To succeed in this role, you will bring: A Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) with a good academic track record 2+ years of experience within a Sales Order Management function in a larger organisation Experience working with SAP ERP system SD (Sales and Distribution), along with knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and a solid understanding of supply chain concepts such as stockouts, inventory planning and transportation Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, learn quickly and stay motivated and flexible in a dynamic environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is a leading global healthcare company with a 100-year legacy of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases.
