Your role
As Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you act as a strategic advisor, turning complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You analyze the key drivers of financial performance and help shape solutions that support sound business decisions. Your expertise will be central to FTE and workforce analysis, FX exposure analysis, sales reporting, and quarterly planning cycles.
You proactively explain movements in financial statements and contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews. By developing quantitative models and evaluating internal and external financial data, you identify trends, risks, opportunities, and relevant benchmarks. You will also support the Life Science Executive Team with high-quality analysis and compelling presentations.
As a senior member of the Life Science FP&A Controlling team, you collaborate closely with HR as well as finance and accounting partners across the organization. Your ability to connect financial insights with business priorities will make a visible impact on executive decision-making.
Who you are
- ✓You have a minimum of five years of experience in FP&A, treasury, or cash flow controlling, preferably in a large multinational organization.
- ✓You are an expert in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- ✓You bring strong analytical thinking, sound business acumen, and the ability to evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions.
- ✓You have experience with planning tools such as TM1, PAFE, or SAC, combined with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- ✓You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
- ✓You are self-driven, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of complex analyses and planning activities.
- ✓You communicate fluently and confidently in business English.
