Your role
As a science and technology company with a strong position in key markets globally – our company is continuously evolving through M&A and transformations. The Group sets ambitious value-generating targets for its M&A delas and transformations.
As Senior Project Manager Transformations & Integrations, reporting into Group Controlling, you drive the financial integration of M&A transactions and carve-outs across all project phases. You act as the central point of contact for post-merger integration, leading financial integration and carve-out workstreams from planning through execution, including acquisition tracking and synergy management. Building on this M&A focus, you also lead global transformation programs, conduct strategic assessments, and take ownership of accounting for one-off costs related to both integrations and transformations.
Throughout, you collaborate closely with M&A, Portfolio Execution, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure smooth, well-coordinated delivery.
Who you are
- ✓University degree in Business Administration, Science, or Technology
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, at a Big 4 firm, or a top-tier strategy consultancy is strongly preferred
- ✓3+ years of operational experience executing post-merger integrations, carve-outs, transformations and/or portfolio management is a must
- ✓Expertise in business cases, corporate finance, and valuations is a plus
- ✓Strong project management skills to drive global initiatives and act as a sparring partner for executives
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- ✓Culturally savvy, with determination and strength in change management and communications
- ✓AI literacy or interest in AI, including critical thinking and experience with AI tools, concepts, and prompt engineering to accelerate project execution and drive synergies
- ✓Affinity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for all three business sectors (Life Sciences, Healthcare and Electronics)
