Position Summary This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity within our Costa Rica Hub, covering inventory control and analysis activities during an internal team transition.

You will support financial operations related to inventory, partnering closely with corporate and Canada-based stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment. You will help ensure the accuracy of inventory processes, support the hub's financial execution, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives that increase operational efficiency. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to contribute to key activities and gain international exposure.

These responsibilities include some of the following: Manage and execute hub inventory control activities. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations related to inventory. Prepare cost estimates considering standard components, product and release.

Prepare journal entries and manual adjustments in the system. Actively participate in continuous improvement and automation projects. Quickly integrate into a collaborative environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, or similar activities.

Advanced English proficiency. Hands-on experience with SAP. Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience with Power BI. Prior participation in automation and process optimization initiatives.
