Summary

The Production Associate will be an integral part of bringing RayzeBio’s innovative Radiopharmaceutical drug products to patients in need. As the Production Associate, you will report to Production Management and be primarily responsible for routine cleaning, sanitization and maintaining the operational readiness of the ISO Class 7 cleanrooms and associated classified support areas of the RayzeBio radiopharmaceutical facility. Responsibilities include strict adherence to written procedures for gowning, cleaning and other operations as required, stocking and maintaining gowning materials and consumables, and maintaining accurate logbook documentation.

Additional responsibilities may include production support and cleaning and stocking of laboratories as required. Work hours may vary to include evenings or weekends as required.

Job Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Primarily responsible for routine cleaning and sanitization of ISO Class 7, 8 and CNC cleanroom areas.
  • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and production consumables.
  • Execute assigned tasks with strict adherence to policies and GMP procedures.
  • Provide accurate documentation of cleaning and sanitization activities in room and equipment logbooks.
  • Provide production and packaging support as required.
  • Assist in glassware and general cleaning of laboratories as required.
  • Assist warehouse team with inventory management and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings or weekends as required.

Education and Experience

  • 1 – 3 years of general work experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical field preferred but not required.
  • Cleanroom cleaning experience is preferred
  • High School or advanced education required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cGMP’s
  • Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and punctual.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while meeting the needs of the production schedule.
  • Uses AI tools to enhance individual productivity and quality of work

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment, protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working in a laboratory environment with radioactive materials.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
