Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 12-month contract. Supporting hiring across multiple countries in the region, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that drives business success.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse range of functions and levels. You will develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, provide market insights, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, organisational priorities, and role requirements.
  • Manage recruitment activities across multiple APAC markets while effectively balancing differing time zones, hiring practices, and business requirements.
  • Lead intake meetings to define recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and success criteria.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices.
  • Influence hiring decision through data-driven recommendations and talent insights.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content to attract diverse talent.
  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against technical and behavioural competencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and a positive candidate journey.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners, hiring managers, and regional teams to deliver hiring objectives.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, debrief discussions, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, networking events, campus recruitment activities, and industry forums.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance recruitment processes and efficiencies.

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other recruitment technologies.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries, regions, and time zones, ideally within APAC or global environments.
  • Fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment data, analytics, and reporting to inform hiring decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness.
