Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Work Location: Bangalore

Shift timings: 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office

Key Responsibilities

✓Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Angular.
✓Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
✓Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
✓Participate in solution design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
✓Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
✓Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
✓Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests.
✓Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
✓Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
✓Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
✓Estimate development effort, identify technical dependencies, and contribute to realistic delivery planning.
✓Proactively communicate risks, issues, delays, and recommended mitigation actions to relevant stakeholders.
✓Engage with stakeholders at different organisational levels to clarify expectations, align on priorities, and support predictable delivery.
✓Take ownership for assigned work from analysis through delivery, including follow-up on quality, maintainability, and business value.

Preferred Qualification

✓5 to 8 years of experience developing software using .NET framework
✓Experience with Angular and related front-end technologies.
✓Proficient in C#, .NET, WPF/XAML, Web APIs, LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL.
✓Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and web services.
✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
✓Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
✓Experience working with CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing, and secure software development principles is beneficial.
✓Ability to balance technical quality with delivery commitments in a business-critical environment.
