Role reports to: Head of Sales Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Spain, Community of Madrid, Madrid Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Perfect Store Manager activate the sell-out of Kenvue´s categories and brands in the pharmacy through point-of-sale visibility and pharmacist recommendation, activating brands and categories through the implementation of Category Management, visibility materials, and customized window displays. Engage the pharmacist with Kenvue brands and products through product trials and speedy training to achieve the active recommendation of the pharmacist. Key Responsibilities Definition of the Go-To-Market strategy for the Perfect Store Activaton Pharma team.
Define the merchandising strategy for the pharmacy channel according to plans and priorities established by brand. Define, together with the Channel Activation Managers, the model for applying the strategy in direct pharmacies. Negotiate and coordinate with the merchandising agency the implementation of the defined strategy.
Define the profiles of the merchandisers with the agency. Define routings with the agency that optimize pharmacy coverage and the effectiveness of results. Execute and implement the activation plan for the strategy in: shelving, visibility, promotion, events, and POS (point-of-sale) materials according to coverage and priorities.
Define priorities by profile and pharmacy potential. Define and track KPIs in order to develop, review and publish daily and weekly reports and ad hoc. Develop content and reports for sales presentations and quarterly sales convention event.
Coordinate the distribution of materials and testers with brand activation team. Train the PSA Pharma team on commercial aspects. Develop a newsletter (Execution MaraviKenvue) Ensure, with logistics, the delivery of orders before implementations.
Control of the GAMA team budget. Analyze the profitability (ROI) and effectiveness of the actions executed across the total category, aiming for continuous learning to maximize the business. Provide necessary inputs and plan details to Brand Activation and Channel Managers for proper coordination, planning, and impact estimation on sales.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand activation, sales, and field teams to design immersive in-store experiences, implement promotional displays, and drive customer loyalty and sales growth. Mentor and inspire a team of specialists and retail partners through training programs to uphold excellence in store standards, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in National and Key Accounts, serving as the primary liaison to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels and merchandising standards to ensure consistent product availability and presentation across accounts. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. 3 to 6 years of proven experience in retail store management, sales management, or a related specialist role within a competitive industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering measurable results and managing teams. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required to support territory management and customer engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word for reporting and communication purposes.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Physical capability to perform duties involving setup and maintenance of displays, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and early evenings to meet business needs. Desired Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with key commercial accounts, preferably within a specialized sales environment. Exceptional ability to blend analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to enhance store aesthetics and operational workflows.
Proficiency in leveraging retail analytics tools and visual merchandising software to drive data-informed decisions. Strong leadership skills with a passion for cultivating high-performing teams and delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences. Proven track record of innovative store optimization.
