Provide hands-on technical support to operators, troubleshoot process issues, and drive deviations, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance. Execute and support validation and qualification activities, including the preparation, review, and maintenance of all relevant GMP documentation. Maintain equipment and processes in an inspection-ready state, support internal and external audits, and contribute expertise in sterile manufacturing environments.

Collaborate within a proactive, reliable, and accountable team, bringing a BSc/MSc in a scientific discipline, fluent English and conversational German (B1); experience with GMP washers, sterilization processes, thawing, and compounding is an advantage. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) with hands-on experience in aseptic/sterile manufacturing environments. Proven experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation requirements is a must.

Experience in qualification and validation activities are a strong advantage. Fluent English and conversational German (B1 level or above), enabling effective communication across teams and functions. A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys collaborating with others, takes ownership of responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple parallel activities.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a high degree of flexibility; experience in thawing and compounding operations and knowledge of GMP washers and autoclaves are considered strong advantages.
