The Supply Chain Specialist, EMEA is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations across the EMEA region, ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics execution.

This role serves as a critical link between regional operations and global supply chain teams, utilizing planning, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and support customer satisfaction. This position reports to the EMEA Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team based in the Netherlands. This Remote role requires occasional on-site support at a third-party logistics (3PL) partner location in Nijmegen (Wijchen), In this role, you will have the opportunity to: · Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA operations and global supply chain teams, coordinating inbound supply and addressing supply constraints and allocation activities. · Manage purchasing, inventory replenishment, demand planning, and SAP material master maintenance to support business requirements throughout the region. · Monitor inventory performance, resolve backorders, lead cycle count activities, and maintain inventory accuracy to support customer service and on-time delivery objectives. · Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers, monitor shipment fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations. · Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, Quality, Customer Support, and Finance to ensure efficient execution of supply chain processes and compliance with established procedures.

The essential requirements of the job include: · Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. · Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, demand planning, or related operational functions. · Experience working within ERP systems, preferably SAP. · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and supply chain reporting and analysis. · Experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, or cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational business environment. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: · Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: · Medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry environments. · Demand planning, forecasting, or inventory optimization methodologies. · Third-party logistics (3PL) management and performance monitoring.
