MODA Specialist Location: Hyderabad This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 40% of your time (two days per week).
Intro summary of the role. The MODA EM Support & Data Expert ensures efficient, compliant execution of routine MODA EM tasks at scale. This role focuses on SOP-driven activities such as master data updates & verification, test script execution and documentation handling to support global standards and business continuity for the environmental monitoring system.
Acting as an offshore execution specialist, the position collaborates closely with Global LIMS Office (GLO) and local representatives to deliver timely, accurate outputs while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness. The MODA EM Support & Data Expert also supports periodic reviews, KPI reporting and contributes to data quality monitoring and system improvement. What you will do Perform SOP-driven master data tasks end-to-end (creation, verification, approval, transfer) as assigned by GLO or site representatives. Review master data requests from sites for consistency with global standards before approval.
Prepare raw data extracts for KPI reporting and compile transactional data for periodic system reviews. Execute predefined validation test scripts and upload results for system changes and upgrades. Support periodic reviews of MODA EM data and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Upload approved validation and compliance documents according to change management SOPs. Assist in emergency changes by executing scripted tests and providing required documentation. Collaborate with GLO, LLO, and IT teams for smooth execution of configuration, validation, and regression testing.
Escalate unclear instructions or issues promptly to GLO/LLO for resolution. What we are looking for Good understanding of lab operations in regulated QC environments, including typical Environmental Monitoring use cases Hands-on experience or strong motivation to work with MODA EM or other EM digital lab systems (Labvantage LIMS system experience a plus) CSV experience for creation and execution of test scripts (MODA EM preferred) Familiarity with GMP, data integrity principles, and compliance requirements Ability to manage and maintain master data accurately and consistently Skilled in creating, reviewing or contributing to training documents Ability to deliver basic user training sessions and handle Q&A effectively Strong customer support attitude; able to document and resolve issues in a structured way Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); TrackWise and/or KNEAT is a plus.
