Your Role
In your role as Senior FP&A Manager in Group Controlling, you will be at the heart of our financial performance management activities, driving strategic insight across the organization through the state-of-the-art usage of data.
You will be responsible for
- ✓Owning the global financial sales reporting and quarterly Preview process
- ✓Delivering high-quality management reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership and key stakeholders with the help of technology
- ✓Supporting translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making
- ✓Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure financial transparency and alignment
- ✓Supporting ad-hoc strategic projects
Who You Are
- ✓You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration
- ✓You bring 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a related finance function, preferably with exposure to a corporate group structure
- ✓You have hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics in a finance context — whether through tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, Copilot, or similar platforms
- ✓You demonstrate high learning agility — you embrace change, pick up new technologies quickly, and actively seek smarter ways of working
- ✓You possess strong communication and storytelling skills
- ✓You are a collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships across functions and hierarchies
- ✓You have a track record of successful project management experience, ideally based on agile methodologies
- ✓Fluency in English is required
