Labcorp is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern to join our Finance Team located in Burlington, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
Work Schedule: Days/Hours: Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 40 hours per week Job Responsibilities: Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives. Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery. Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Support technology solutions that align with business and organizational objectives. Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives. Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation.
Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program. Working towards a degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Additional Job Standards: Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Lucidchart for process and workflow mapping. Familiarity with Smartsheet. Experience with Jira is preferred.
