Find your future at Revvity The ideal candidate will bring experience in Cell and Gene Therapy development and manufacturing, along with strong project management and customer relationship skills. In this role at BioLegend, the incumbent will lead cross-functional project coordination for our GMP bioprocessing business, serving as a strategic partner to both internal stakeholders and external customers. The individual will have end-to-end ownership of their project portfolio, from initial scoping and custom development through manufacturing and timely delivery, ensuring projects are executed successfully and in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
This role will provide broad exposure across the business and serve as a key point of contact for a diverse customer base, including CROs, biopharmaceutical companies, and GMP accounts. The individual will build strong, trusted customer relationships while partnering closely with internal teams to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, manage priorities, and drive projects forward. As part of the BioLegend team, the individual will have opportunities for growth and increased responsibility across multiple areas of the business, depending on their interests, expertise, and area of specialization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound business judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be comfortable managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities while using project and customer management systems to maintain visibility and accountability. The individual will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient flow of business for BioLegend, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders with a collaborative, diplomatic, and solutions-oriented approach.

Qualify incoming leads for custom (GMP, Bioprocessing) queries from customers and the field team Knowledge of gene and cell therapy manufacturing is a plus Author necessary documents such as Design History Files Track quotes and orders on CRM and ERP systems such as SalesForce and NAV Dynamics Develop Custom Price Quote (CPQ) frameworks for pricing of custom projects Support customer needs as a priority by ensuring timely responses to emails and phone calls Pro-actively communicate any changes to project specifications with internal and external teams in a timely manner and document these changes to ensure visibility to internal and external teams Provide proactive guidance to the commercial & internal custom teams to streamline workflow, resolve issues and manage customer priorities Run monthly reports on GMP custom projects initiated and report status to the manger and the team with the goal to identify issues or bottlenecks and suggest solutions Promote a safe and compliant work environment Other projects or responsibilities as may be required to enable success of projects Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience BS/MS in life sciences 5 years experience in R&D or manufacturing in biotechnology Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Natural Sciences Experience in a lab environment Familiarity with Cell and Gene Therapy development and manufacturing processes Experience with CRM software (SalesForce) Experience with ERP software 2 years’ experience with GMP/Bioprocessing practices Work Environment & Physical Demands Office While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $101,500 - $1030000. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
