Position Summary You will lead and shape p rimary market research activities that shape how we engage healthcare professionals, consumers, payers, and health systems in Germany by partnering closely wit h external research agencies and cross-functional stakeholders .

You will define business questions, guide research designs, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide local teams and inform global strategy . Working closely as a strategic insight partner with commercial, medical, market access, business partners and leadership teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of healthcare professionals, consumer and market dynamics. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead strategic primary market projects a cross vaccine brands and lifecycle stages .

Produce clear, actionable reports and presentations for local and cross-functional teams. Define research objectives and lead primary market research partner ing with external research agencies to design and deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative studies. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Leadership teams.

Challenge business assumptions and provide objective consumer and market perspectives to support strategic decisions. Support brand planning, launch readiness, customer engagement and lifecycle management through evidence-based insights. Translate insights into actionable and clear recommendations to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making processes and broadly accessible across the organisation .

Manage agency partnerships, project budgets, governance and compliance standards across all market research activities. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, marketing, social sciences, or related field .

Several years' experience in market research , customer insights , , or related role within healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Practical experience turning data into concise recommendations and presentations. Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Strong project management experience and ability to work independently in a complex stakeholder environment.

Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and managing various stakeholders and external research agencies . Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Knowledge of German healthcare system stakeholders and decision processes. Experience supporting brand strategy, launch planning and commercial decision-making E xperience and p assion for digital innovation and experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or insight management platforms to enhance knowledge sharing and decision support Prior exposure to global team collaboration in an international company.

Location and Working Model This position is based in Munich, Germany. The role is hybrid with a regular mix of time in the office and remote work. We are also open to applications from candidates who can manage a 4 day per week/80% FTE arrangement.

These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
