As a Site Contracts Negotiator at ICON, you will support the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements and budgets under the guidance of senior colleagues.
You will help ensure contracts are executed accurately and efficiently to support timely study start-up, with a particular focus on supporting UK site contract and budget negotiations . What You Will Do: Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing site contracts using approved templates, under supervision from senior team members or leads.
Supporting UK site contract and budget negotiations , escalating complex issues as needed. Tracking contract status, timelines, and key milestones in designated systems and trackers. Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather required information and align on contract terms.
Ensuring contract documentation is complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with SOPs. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the site contracts team. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting or conducting site contract and budget negotiations in the UK clinical research environment . Basic understanding of contract terms and interest in developing negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple documents and timelines.
Good communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
