As part of a cross-functional program team, you’ll help bring this facility to life – from early design and construction through to readiness for commercial manufacturing. Your work will help turn the miracles of science into reality for millions living with diabetes. Main responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for Procurement within the IFF project, acting as the primary liaison between the Project Team, Global Procurement, and all key stakeholders (Finance, Engineering, Project Controls, E2E Project Lead) Lead and shape the project procurement organization , defining the right team structure, size, and skill set to meet project expectations while ensuring full compliance with procurement processes Drive the end-to-end procurement strategy , executing project and program procurement plans in alignment with Quality, Schedule, and Cost objectives, in close collaboration with Global Procurement Own supplier management , including alignment on preferred supplier lists, leading shortlist decisions on critical packages, and participating in the finalization of trade agreements Lead the full tendering and sourcing process , ensuring all consultation documentation reflects technical, EHS, schedule, and project-specific requirements, while guaranteeing fairness and equity to all bidders Oversee contract definition and management , supporting legal documentation, scope change management, claim management, and ensuring the correct level of legal support throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with Finance and Project Controls on prepayment and progress payment strategies, integrating these into contract terms and supporting regular cash-flow planning processes Monitor and report procurement performance through dedicated tools (e.g., Sievo), ensuring accuracy of procurement outcomes, tracker updates, and schedule/cost alignment with engineering and project controls Lead procurement governance and stakeholder management , representing Procurement in operational Steering Committee meetings and E2E strategic meetings, reporting functionally to the Procurement Program Head Act as the escalation point for all post-PO procurement matters , including scope changes, supplier evaluations, invoicing issues, and procurement documentation related to project closeout or termination About you: Education/Experience : Master's/ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement or another relevant field; proven professional CAPEX procurement experience in technical industry Soft and technical skills : Good knowledges of CAPEX, OPEX, Construction & Equipment Supplier market; demonstrated knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures; Analytical and negotiation skills and techniques; Strong transversal Project Management skill and knowledge; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Languages : Excellent command of both German and English required Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.

The salary range for this position is :€88.800,00 - €118.400 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
