We are looking for a Clinical Territory Sales Specialist to join our South African team. Where your work will matter You'll build trusted relationships with our customers across South Africa, helping them develop new skills, expand their expertise and ultimately improve outcomes for the people they care for every day.
Through customer visits, Academy courses, hands-on workshops and clinical discussions, you'll provide education and become the go-to expert they call when they need technical guidance on prosthetics, neuro-orthotics and emerging techniques like Direct Socket . How you'll work This is a remote-based role with extensive travel (50% of the time) , ideally based in the Johannesburg/Pretoria area. But remote doesn't mean isolated.
You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 20+ colleagues across the country, people who trust each other, collaborate naturally, share a good sense of humour and leave their egos at the door. Everyone pitches in beyond their formal role and you'll be encouraged to do the same when needed. What will help you succeed You are first and foremost an experienced clinician who enjoys working with people.
You bring credibility through your expertise, but equally through your ability to listen, build relationships and explain complex concepts in a practical and approachable way. You are confident in your clinical knowledge while remaining humble, relatable and easy to work with. We're particularly interested in people who bring: Qualification as a Prosthetist and/or Orthotist At least 5 years of clinical experience in private and/or public practice Strong prosthetic expertise and sound clinical judgement Proven experience coaching, mentoring or training other clinicians Excellent communication and presentation skills A collaborative, humble and adaptable mindset Comfort working independently while staying closely connected to a team Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) Fluency in English More information Contract: Permanent Location: Remote-based position, with the candidate ideally located in the Johannesburg area.
Extensive travel across South Africa (50%+ of the time) is required. Target start date : As soon as possible. Recruitment process: Recruiter interview + panel interview with the hiring team + a final face-to-face practical assessment in Cape Town.
