Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Consumer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns. Plan and execute digital, social media, on-ground activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Develop consumer-focused content and communication in collaboration with agencies. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities. Track campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, OTC Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare. Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels. Good analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills. Pharma/OTC experience is a strong advantage.
