Senior QA Specialist – Solid Dosage Form MSAT Quality Manufacturing Quality Enterprise IT and Quality Taastrup, Denmark Are you ready to take quality leadership for one of Novo Nordisk's rapidly growing key manufacturing processes – and set quality direction for how tablets reach patients around the world? Your new role As our new Process QA, you will take ownership of the quality assurance for the 'Produce Solid Dosage Form' process, ensuring compliance, simplicity and continuous improvement across all sites operating the process.

Working in close partnership with the Process Owner, you will act as an informal leader, setting direction for highly specialised professionals and shaping the quality standards that safeguard our tablet products for patients worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing process compliance across all areas, defining requirements and ensuring the right balance between standardisation and differentiation – guarding against over-processing while maintaining full regulatory alignment - Leading process improvement initiatives, actively engaging in problem-solving and enhancement efforts on behalf of the broader organisation - Driving strategic integration of corporate strategies into the Drug Product Manufacturing Excellence Quality (DPEM Q) strategy, ensuring the right actions are taken for short-, medium- and long-term process excellence - Establishing and maintaining a strong Area Process QA (APQA) network, appointing the right competencies and supporting the development of APQA colleagues - Ensuring corporate content in policies, procedures and instructions aligns with applicable requirements and is fully implemented in the Quality Management System - Managing stakeholder relationships across Quality and Line of Business organisations, participating in inspections and relevant governance forums across EITQ, GMS, DPM and Supply Chain Your skills & qualifications We are looking for someone who combines deep quality expertise with the leadership skills to navigate a complex, global stakeholder landscape. To succeed in this role, you will bring: - Solid quality understanding with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements while avoiding over-processing - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to senior management and influence across a multi-cultural stakeholder landscape - A minimum of 7 years' experience from the pharmaceutical industry within Quality Assurance or Tablet manufacturing. - A Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or other nature science based related field. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and internationally, building strong relationships and driving alignment across multiple disciplines, functions and geographies - Strong understanding of the value chain.

Your new department Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Quality is a newly established department within Drug Product Manufacturing Excellence (DPME) Quality. We serve as quality partners to the DPME MSAT organisations and hold the Process QA (PQA) responsibility for key manufacturing processes — spanning Aseptic Production, Finished Production, Tablet Production, and Materials. Our main focus is to ensure that quality is embedded in every aspect of the MSAT organisations.

You will be part of the Leadership Team (LT), consisting of 3 Team Leaders and 4 PQA Sr. Specialists. Together we lead MSAT Quality by taking quality leadership and aligning expectations with our customers to create the right value for them.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 847,000.00 to 1,245,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
