Purpose: - Leads the implementation of the field access strategy, as well as the management and development of healthcare system accounts, including payers, providers, and logistics operators. - Implements the access strategy by therapeutic area according to brand needs and the priorities established by each CVT, driving adherence and reviewing and improving care pathways, contracting models, and payment processes involving healthcare system stakeholders. - Consistently conducts value-based conversations about our portfolio with administrative stakeholders. - Maintains strategic relationships with healthcare system stakeholders. - Conducts field follow-up on all matters related to access and the positioning of our brands among administrative stakeholders. In addition, collaborates with all internal teams to achieve the therapeutic area's objectives, ensure continuity of our therapies, and address portfolio access requests. - Communicates clinical and economic value messages to stakeholders in alignment with the access strategy. - Creates access opportunities and anticipates changes among payers, providers, and operators, supporting adherence, continuity, and portfolio positioning. - Communicates clearly and concisely with internal and external customers, sets priorities effectively, takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and finds ways to capitalize on them. Key Responsibilities: Implements the field access strategy in accordance with CVT guidelines. Monitors and manages field-level changes in care pathways, contracting models, or payment arrangements involving payers, providers, and logistics operators. Anticipates changes in key care pathways and identifies or develops solutions to maintain treatment continuity and adherence.

Conducts field events designed to create value and position our brands with healthcare provider institutions and payers. Manages and develops key healthcare system accounts, maintaining relationships with payers, providers, customers, and other healthcare stakeholders. Builds medium- and long-term relationships with healthcare system decision-makers.

Maintains frequent engagement with healthcare system stakeholders to present the value propositions of our portfolio. Works collaboratively and communicates continuously with the field team (MAF and Promo) to identify and implement solutions addressing access and commercial needs, maximizing patient cohort access to our therapies and adherence to treatment. Communicates the CVT's pharmacoeconomic tools and visual aids to support market positioning.

Proposes access-focused events for stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in health sciences, economics, or a related field, with knowledge and/or experience in the healthcare system. Knowledge of and established relationships with administrative stakeholders at EPS, IPS, and/or logistics operators.

Intermediate or advanced English proficiency preferred. Postgraduate studies in epidemiology, healthcare administration, health economics, budget impact analysis, and/or commercial specialization in healthcare. Solid knowledge of the healthcare system, care pathways, payment models, management indicators, regulatory interpretation, healthcare administration, and data analysis, including the interpretation of data and clinical and/or economic studies.

Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency preferred. Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
