The Head of U.S. Pipeline Commercial Development, will report directly to the VP, General Manager of US Therapeutic Dermatology and play a pivotal role in unlocking the full commercial potential of Nemluvio in the U.S. market, creating a multibillion dollar mega blockbuster franchise, while shaping the commercial strategy for pediatric launch preparedness and future pipeline indications leveraging US learnings. This leader will serve as the point of accountability for integrating U.S. commercial priorities with clinical development, finance, medical affairs, access, and regulatory teams to ensure U.S. market opportunities are realized in lifecycle and evidence generation plans.

This role is designed for a strategic, enterprise-minded executive who can bridge early-stage development with late-stage commercial readiness, and executional excellence—maximizing long-range value creation for the franchise. Key Responsibilities Nemluvio specific near term launch leadership and new indications needs include: Pediatric indication launch readiness leadership In-line atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis brand differentiation strategy and evidence generation aligned to the US roadmap Lifecycle management through optimized indication expansion strategy Key opinion leader engagement strategy to ensure optimized inputs from US experts Strategic US LRP Leadership & Cross-Functional Integration Lead the U.S. Long-Range Planning (LRP) 10 year and Mid-Range Planning (MRP) 5 year strategy team aligning commercial, medical, clinical, regulatory, market access, and insights functions to one single vision to unlock the full potential of the US therapeutic dermatology assets.

Serve as the U.S. representative on the global core asset team, influencing lifecycle planning and global development strategy by representing and communicating US specific insights, evidence and lifecycle needs. Shape and evolve the Target Product Profile (TPP), indication sequencing, and label strategy to ensure alignment with U.S. market access and commercial needs may reach full potential. Ensure seamless collaboration with U.S. and Global Finance to drive accurate peak sales modeling, scenario planning, and trade-off frameworks aligned with portfolio priorities.

Commercial & Clinical Strategy Integration Partner closely with global clinical and global/US regulatory leads to influence study designs, endpoints, and evidence generation plans that optimize U.S. launch readiness and payer acceptance. Anticipate and shape data needs for regulatory submissions, pricing negotiations, and payer value propositions. Champion the U.S. voice in global decision-making forums, ensuring data strategies, timelines, and lifecycle investments reflect commercial realities and opportunities.

Leadership & Organizational Impact Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team focused on pipeline and portfolio value maximization. Foster a culture of strategic agility, scientific rigor, and commercial excellence. Represent the U.S. commercial organization in senior governance forums, providing fact-based recommendations that drive asset and portfolio prioritization.

Partner with brand leadership to ensure continuity between early development and launch execution phases. Proposed Skills & Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MD, or equivalent preferred). Minimum 15+ years of experience in biopharma, with significant exposure to U.S. commercial strategy, global development, and lifecycle management.

Proven track record in early commercial development and/or pipeline strategy roles, ideally within specialty or dermatology therapeutic areas. Demonstrated success influencing global development teams and shaping clinical programs to align with commercial and payer needs. Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed teams with direct accountability for financial outcomes.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
