Your new role In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality insights for key products and portfolios, delivering best-in-class customer and consumer analyses that enable strategic and operational decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation. You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, ensuring insights are not only rigorous but actionable. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving quantitative and qualitative market research projects for strategic launch and pipeline products, portfolios, and areas of interest on a global level Leading the situational analysis process for prioritised products, feeding directly into the brand strategy process Building the foundation for new ways of driving insights — from AI-powered tools and secondary resources to social media listening, both internal and external Providing recommendations for senior management strategic decision-making, based on analysis and impactful communication of insights derived from primary and secondary data Collaborating with global brand teams and key projects to stay updated on global strategy and identify knowledge gaps Leading stakeholder forums with operations across International Operations and North America Operations to strengthen practice sharing Your new department In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas.
We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream. The Global Customer and Consumer Insight team is located at our headquarters in Denmark, Søborg. With a team of dedicated professionals, we work collaboratively to provide facts, insights and recommendations for Novo Nordisk’s key products.

Your skills & qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy and storytelling — someone who can turn complex insights into clear direction.
You'll bring with you: A Master's degree in business, natural sciences, or a related field Extensive experience from a similar insights or market research role Proven track record in leading quantitative and qualitative market research projects Experience partnering with global brand teams to provide insights and constructive challenge to global strategy and tactics Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams, communicate proactively and create followership Fluency in written and spoken English Experience within Cardiometabolic diseases will be a plus but is not a requirement. Salary: For this role, the Annual B ase S alary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
