Role reports to: Head of Product Reliability Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do As an Elevate Program Tech & Data Co-op, you will support the evolution and delivery of digital tools that turn consumer complaints, feedback, and inquiries into actionable quality and product insights. You will work with Quality, business, design, and Digital & Analytics partners to test new Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities, document results, and help prepare releases for successful adoption. ROLE IMPACT: Help ensure new Elevate features are accurately tested, clearly documented, and ready for business use.
Key responsibilities: Execute structured QA and user acceptance testing for Elevate Power BI dashboards, chatbot capabilities, sentiment analysis, and future program enhancements. Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, expected results, execution evidence, and clear defect documentation. Validate that technical implementations meet approved business and functional requirements, including data accuracy, filters, visualizations, user experience, and chatbot responses.
Reproduce issues, document bugs with sufficient detail, track corrective actions, and retest fixes in partnership with Digital & Analytics teams. Support requirements gathering by capturing business needs, organizing feedback, and translating discussions into concise functional documentation. Assist with validation of dashboard redesigns and new views, and additional data integrations.
Analyze test results and program data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, usability gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare concise status updates, testing summaries, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders. Help update user guides, screenshots, training materials, release communications, and short training videos for new functionality.
Support Train-the-Trainer sessions, broader user training, office hours, access requests, and post-release hypercare activities. Collaborate across Quality, business, design, and technical teams while managing multiple priorities and meeting agreed deliverables. What you will learn: How a global digital product progresses from business requirements through design, build, QA, UAT, release, and adoption.
Practical application of data visualization, generative AI, consumer insights, and product-quality analytics in a regulated consumer-health environment. How to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively across business and technology teams. What we are looking for Required qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (for example, H-1B status).
Actively enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an intended graduation date between December 2026 and July 2029. Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from the start of January through end end of June. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and document work clearly. Desired qualifications : Preferred majors include Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Digital Product Management, or a related STEM or business field. Highly motivated, curious, and comfortable learning new digital tools in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to compare expected and actual results and investigate inconsistencies. Interest in digital products, data visualization, artificial intelligence, consumer insights, product quality, or user experience. Experience with software testing, data validation, requirements documentation, or project coordination through coursework, internships, or student projects is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, follow through on details, and raise risks or questions proactively. Technology interests & experience: Interest in learning, or prior exposure to, one or more of the following areas: Data visualization & analytics Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, data-quality checks, dashboard validation Product delivery & collaboration Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, requirements and defect tracking Data & automation Data bricks, SQL, Python, JavaScript, automation, AI/ML, generative AI, or cloud-native technologies Cloud & enterprise platforms Microsoft Azure, Google Clou d, Salesforce, Shopify, or similar platforms User experience UI/UX design, usability testing, accessibility, and clear visual communication A successful co-op will be: Analytical Checks details, tests assumptions, and follows evidence. The position will pay $22.75 - $26.00/hour based on academic year.
