QAMI Shop Floor Lead is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in the Quality Control Lab, conducting chemical analyses, and developing methods while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements. Specifics include: Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced projects in the Quality Control Lab – Chemistry Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and assist in developing analytical methods Ensure compliance with SOP and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGxP) and SOPs Manage chemistry lab services and make significant decisions within project areas, influencing outcomes Support lab operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance Integrate lab results into the manufacturing process, driving problem-solving and innovation Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) regulations by following SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and meet individual job requirements while contributing to overall organizational compliance Commit to continuous improvement in operations. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
