To support our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to strengthen our Immunology team and drive the success of our current and future product portfolio.

Your Role As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for immunology specialists, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders within your assigned territory. You will combine scientific expertise, strategic account management, and commercial excellence to build long-term partnerships and support the successful positioning of Celltrion's immunology portfolio. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, you will play a key role in delivering value to healthcare professionals and ultimately improving patient access to treatment.

Your Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Scientific Exchange Act as a trusted scientific and commercial partner for immunology specialists in private practices and hospital settings. Provide scientific information regarding the use, efficacy, safety, and clinical data of Celltrion products. Present the latest clinical evidence and product-related developments to healthcare professionals.

Gather customer insights and market feedback and share them with relevant internal stakeholders. Business Development & Account Management Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships within your territory. Identify and acquire new business opportunities and customers.

Drive prescription growth and achieve quantitative and qualitative business objectives. Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company goals. Analyze territory performance, sales trends, and market developments.

Events & Cross-Functional Collaboration Participate in national congresses, conferences, and scientific events. Plan and execute regional educational events and customer meetings. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other internal functions to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data. Manage assigned budgets responsibly. Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.

Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Utilize digital tools and IT systems effectively to support customer interactions and reporting. Your Profile Education & Experience Degree in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent qualification.

Qualification as a Pharmaceutical Representative or Pharmaceutical-Technical Assistant (PTA) is also welcomed. Approximately 5–10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience in specialist care, hospital sales, biologics, or biosimilars is highly desirable.

Demonstrated sales success and strong commercial acumen. Existing network with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant stakeholders is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Structured, organized, and self-driven working style. Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.

Team-oriented mindset with a high level of personal accountability. Fluent German and English language skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
