About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern / Working Student to join our Finance team in Bad Homburg. In this role, you will support our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities and gain valuable hands-on experience in accounting, procurement processes, and financial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Working closely with experienced finance professionals, you will contribute to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while supporting continuous process improvements and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities Support the review, verification, and processing of supplier invoices Assist in the creation and management of purchase orders Help coordinate vendor payments and ensure timely execution of payment processes Communicate with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and account reconciliations Assist in monthly accounts payable reconciliations Support period-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting Contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at improving Purchase-to-Pay processes Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance with company policies and procedures Your Profile Qualifications Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance , or a related field Strong interest in finance, accounting, and procurement processes Previous experience in accounts payable, finance, or administrative functions is advantageous, but not required Skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Structured and reliable working style Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team What We Offer Valuable practical experience within an international biopharmaceutical company Exposure to real-world finance and accounting processes Opportunity to work closely with experienced finance professionals Dynamic and collaborative working environment Professional development and learning opportunities Flexible working arrangements compatible with academic studies Why Celltrion Healthcare?
