Your Role: As the MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Site at Huntsville, you’ll spearhead the digital strategy to bring live a Digital AI native facility, reporting to both the M&Q IT AVP and the Manufacturing AVP Site Head Huntsville. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technological future.

Deep Technical Knowledge on Pharmaceutical manufacturing and IT/OT footprint to support the site, digital and AI manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Define and deploy the digital strategy for Huntsville facility in alignment with the Global Tech@Lilly Strategy.

Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as: Infrastructure SAP Warehouse Management & Logistics Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Data Historian and Real-Time Floor Tracking Comprehensive Data Management: Integration, Analytics Digital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information Management CAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk Management Serve on the Site Leadership Team, drive digital strategy and foster a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly’s values. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development. Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning.

Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives. Manage and Control Budget and Capital. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering Minimum 10 years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT leadership experience.

Strong expertise on MES Preferences: Data Integration, and Advanced Analytics. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $157,500 - $231,000 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
