About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Key Account Manager to accelerate business growth in the Philippines through effective distributor management, strategic account development, and customer engagement. This role is focused on Baxter's capital medical equipment and healthcare technology portfolios and is responsible for driving sales growth through distributor partners across assigned territories. The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, hospital stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to identify opportunities, support tender activities, influence capital equipment projects, and deliver sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare technology, or hospital solutions, with a proven track record of managing distributor-led businesses and complex healthcare sales environments. Key Responsibilities: Distributor Management & Business Growth Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributor organizations to drive business growth and market expansion. Build long-term distributor loyalty and strengthen Baxter's position as the partner of choice within the healthcare market.

Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and establish growth plans. Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with distributors to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Account Management & Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, key decision-makers, procurement stakeholders, clinicians, biomedical engineers, and hospital leadership teams. Support distributors in managing strategic customer accounts and complex sales opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to deliver clinical, operational, and economic value.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and timely issue resolution. Sales & Commercial Excellence Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business goals through effective distributor management. Monitor sales performance, opportunity pipelines, and forecasting activities across assigned territories.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to develop winning commercial strategies. Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and capital equipment opportunities. Drive effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives across assigned territories.

Distributor Enablement & Product Expertise Serve as a product and market expert for distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Support distributor capability development through product training, sales coaching, and commercial guidance. Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver product education, clinical workshops, seminars, and customer engagement activities.

Effectively communicate the clinical, operational, and financial value of Baxter's solutions. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key communication link between distributors, customers, and internal functions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to support business objectives.

Ensure alignment between distributor activities and overall business priorities. Resolve customer and distributor issues effectively while maintaining strong relationships. Business Reporting & Performance Management Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports.

Monitor key account metrics and provide regular business updates to management. Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to optimize business results. Maintain strong commercial discipline and account management practices across assigned territories.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in capital medical equipment, medical devices, healthcare technology, hospital infrastructure, or related healthcare industries. Proven experience managing distributors and hospital accounts.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage territories and drive sustainable business growth. Experience supporting tender-driven sales environments and distributor negotiations is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience conducting customer education, product training, or clinical workshops is advantageous. Experience managing multiple portfolios and distributor networks simultaneously. Qualifications & Skills: Strong distributor management and channel partner development capabilities.

Excellent account management and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly collaborative. Proficient in forecasting, territory planning, and sales performance management. Willingness to travel as required.
