We are seeking a Working Student for Performance & Analytics Management (F/M) at the Sartorius site in Aubagne (13) to drive impactful delivery‑performance improvements. Grow with us - Your Responsibilities : Analyze delivery reliability performance Collect and structure data from ERP and reporting systems Develop and maintain Loss Trees to identify root causes of delivery deviations Perform variance analyses (target vs. actual) Identify performance gaps and propose data‑driven improvements Monitor the impact of implemented improvement actions What will convince us - Your Profile : Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field Strong analytical and structured mindset Interest in performance management, supply‑chain processes, and operational excellence Basic understanding of delivery performance KPIs (e.g., OTD) Affinity for data analysis Fluent in English About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
