The Global Payroll team plays a critical role in supporting Regeneron's worldwide workforce through accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support payroll delivery across multiple countries, collaborate with global collaborators, and contribute to a positive employee experience while developing expertise in international payroll operations and shared services.
When & Where Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Discover your role As a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, you will: Support the preparation and processing of payroll for assigned international countries by collecting, validating, and maintaining employee payroll data. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls. Maintain payroll calendars, process documentation, and operational checklists to support timely payroll delivery.
Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely submission of payroll inputs. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to submit data, track deliverables, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. Support statutory compliance activities and assist in implementing payroll-related regulatory updates.
Generate payroll reports and support month-end activities, analysis, and operational reporting requirements. Participate in payroll system updates, process improvements, and GCC standardization initiatives to drive operational excellence. Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information while maintaining compliance with company policies and controls.
Collaborate across teams to support service delivery objectives in a fast-paced global environment. This role may be for you if you: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Have 4+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or a related field.
Demonstrate proven attention to detail and accuracy while working with payroll data and financial information. Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a deadline-driven environment. Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning and using new technologies and systems. Have experience with payroll or HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar solutions. Bring a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality employee support.
Demonstrate strong learning agility and an interest in global payroll operations and shared services. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement approach. Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll operations.
Exposure to Shared Services or Global Capability Center environments. Multilingual skills or experience working with culturally diverse global teams. Does this sound like you?
