Our products support clinicians through some of the most demanding moments in patient care. The Customer Complaints Department plays a critical role in safeguarding patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvement. We are now looking for our next Manager Customer Complaints to lead this important function.

In this role, you will lead a team of Complaint Specialists, Technical Investigators and Senior Product Investigation specialists who together ensure that Customer Product Complaints are handled in a timely, compliant and high-quality manner. The team consisting of direct reports in Sweden, is supported by Designated Complaint Unit (DCU) team in Poland. Together, the teams operate in a hybrid model - within the same Quality Management System (QMS), processes, KPIs, and regulatory framework to ensure consistent and compliant complaint management across the organization.

This position combines people leadership, operational excellence, and process ownership. The role requires close collaboration and coordination with the DCU Manager in Poland to ensure effective resource planning, alignment of priorities, and consistent execution of complaint handling activities across both locations. You will work cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Medical affairsand other functions within Getinge to continuously strengthen how we capture, investigate and respond to customer feedback.

What you will do As Manager Customer Complaints, you will own the complaints and vigilance processes for our CE-marked product portfolio while building and developing a high-performing team . Your key responsibilities include: Organize and lead the daily complaint-handling work across our complete MCC product portfolio, and own the roadmap for the department’s objectives. Supply and monitor complaints data and trends, and ensure regulatory requirements for complaints handling, documentation and archiving are consistently met.

Continuously improve our processes, methods and tools for complaint handling to increase quality and efficiency. Ensure your team has the training and competence needed to perform their tasks with confidence, and act as the main point of contact for authorities on complaint-related matters. Secure adequate resources and budget for the department, and support your team’s wellbeing and development through regular appraisals.

This position is based in Solna, Sweden and may include occasional travel to other Getinge sites, primarily in Poland You will bring To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications. A university degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or another relevant technical discipline. Proven leadership experience, preferably within a regulated and quality-focused environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, complaints handling, or another compliance-critical function.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, make sound decisions, and effectively lead teams through change and continuous improvement. Experience with authority reporting or interactions with notified bodies and competent authorities is meritorious. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
