As a Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative, you will play a critical role in connecting potential participants with groundbreaking clinical research studies that help bring new treatments to patients around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient access, or call center experience who are interested in gaining exposure to the clinical research industry. What You'll Do As a member of our recruitment team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clinical trial participants.
Your primary responsibility will be speaking with volunteers by phone, reviewing study requirements, and helping determine initial eligibility for clinical research studies. Responsibilities include: Conduct phone screens with potential study participants Explain study details, procedures, and requirements in a clear and professional manner Review questionnaires and assess initial study eligibility Schedule screening appointments for qualified participants Accurately document participant information within recruitment databases Return voicemail messages and respond to participant inquiries Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate next steps Collaborate with recruitment and clinical teams to meet study enrollment goals Maintain confidentiality and high standards of data accuracy What We're Looking For Successful candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone. Preferred qualifications include: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare administration, scheduling, patient registration, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Experience The following backgrounds are highly valued: Medical scheduling or appointment coordination Patient access or registration Medical office or clinic experience Knowledge of medical terminology Healthcare customer service Clinical research interest or exposure Schedule Information This position works onsite at our Lenexa, Kansas facility.
