Job Description Waters Biosciences is seeking a customer-focused and commercially driven Product Marketing Manager to support growth of the Clinical Systems portfolio across North America.

This role serves as the regional marketing lead for the clinical segment and is responsible for translating customer, market, and competitive insights into effective go-to-market strategies, commercialization plans, demand generation programs, and sales enablement initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Global Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales Training, Service, and Marketing Communications, the successful candidate will drive portfolio adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise, business acumen, and market knowledge with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and deliver measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Growth & Commercial Execution Support achievement of regional revenue targets and business objectives. Develop and execute growth plans aligned with portfolio and commercial priorities. Monitor market trends, business performance, customer adoption, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Partner with commercial leadership to implement actions that accelerate market penetration and portfolio expansion. Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned to business objectives. Adapt global positioning, messaging, and launch strategies to address North America market needs.

Support product launches and commercialization activities to maximize market impact and customer adoption. Develop differentiated value propositions and customer-facing content. Demand Generation & Customer Engagement Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline growth.

Leverage digital, event, and field marketing programs to engage target customer segments. Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Support customer engagement strategies that improve adoption and portfolio utilization.

Sales Enablement & Market Intelligence Develop sales tools, competitive materials, training content, and commercialization resources. Support field readiness and sales effectiveness initiatives. Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to Product Management and commercial leaders.

Partner with customers, key opinion leaders, and channel partners to strengthen market understanding and identify new opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Marketing experience within Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, or related markets.

Experience developing and executing product marketing, commercialization, and demand generation strategies. Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and business planning. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results within a matrixed organization.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Preferred Experience in flow cytometry, hematopathology, oncology, or clinical diagnostics. Familiarity with academic, clinical, biotechnology, government, commercial, and translational research customer segments.

Demonstrated success with product launches and demand generation campaigns. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to travel up to 30%.
