The Opportunity As the Occupational Health Coordinator - Outbound , you will be responsible for retrieving results from clinics and handling inquiries regarding Occupational Health test services, including but not limited to physicals, vaccine administration records, PPD test results, titer results, vision tests, and audiograms, in a timely and accurate manner. What You’ll Do Doing follow up calls for Confirmation and Corrections on results to the clinic.
Relaying messages to the clinics and requesting to fax results and/or missing information to eScreen. Enters data into computer following each action taken, and enters necessary codes to represent the action. Makes necessary corrections to information entered to ensure problem resolution.
Requests documentation from clinics and/or clients as required to complete testing process. Retrieve medical records needed from the clinic. Maintain privacy and security standards of the donor and client.
Requirements Basic Qualifications Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree. Strong English communication and customer support skills. Preferred Qualifications Customer service/BPO experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 8 PM to 9 AM Philippine Standard Time).
Must be amenable to work overtime or during rest days when business requests additional paid hours. Must have oral and written communication skills. Competencies Communication Analytical Arranger Empathy Consistency Knowledge Familiarity with processes and protocols for each medical service and any related components.
Ability to relay important information to clinics and navigate results lookup and other available tools. Understanding of requirements for medical paperwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Concord Fax Printer.
