  • Support analytical testing for biopharmaceutical product characterization and process development activities
  • Execute LC-MS and mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis as appropriate
  • Prepare buffers and reagents; support system setup, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning activities
  • Document laboratory activities accurately in electronic systems and enter process or analytical data into appropriate databases
  • Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Follow safe laboratory practices and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly related experience
  • Experience executing LC-MS or other mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis
  • Effective documentation skills with the ability to author internal technical reports
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn new analytical techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
