How will you make an impact? We are looking for a Scientist R&D to join our Research & Development team in Uppsala. In this role, you will take the lead in one of our product data management workflows and actively contribute to its optimization and documentation.

What will you do? Improve and optimize product data management workflows Add, update, and maintain product information and documentation in internal systems Ensure that product data is accurate, complete, and up to date Collaborate across the organization to support other departments and serve as a superuser for relevant systems and workflows Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and ways of working Work in accordance with applicable quality, regulatory, and safety requirements What will you need?
An advanced degree with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant industry or research experience An educational background in natural sciences, preferably Biotechnology, Biomedical Laboratory Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field Experience in data management, documentation, and technical writing Strong communication and collaboration skills The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience working with Phadia AB's products is considered an advantage Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Experience working with quality systems such as GMP, GLP, or ISO is considered an advantage.
