About this role
Your Role
As AI Enablement Lead, you will be the strategic force behind how artificial intelligence is understood, embraced, and scaled across a global, science-driven organization. In this newly created, high-visibility role within the Digital Innovation & AI Enablement team, you will define and execute the enablement strategy that turns AI potential into measurable business impact — building the communities, capabilities, and culture that make AI transformation sustainable.
You will partner with business functions to identify and prioritize strategic AI opportunities, translate complex challenges into actionable use case candidates, and maintain the organization’s AI roadmap. You will track AI adoption maturity across the enterprise, design targeted interventions to overcome adoption barriers, and coach product owners on AI governance and operating models. At the same time, you will build and nurture an AI-focused Community of Practice, develop AI champions and ambassadors across functions and sites, and design responsible AI guidelines that ensure ethical, compliant, and impactful adoption.
This role operates with significant independence and requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioral change in a complex, matrixed, regulated environment.
